Good read. Do you think “whys” that are inherently negative (Like trying to prove someone wrong) are healthy? They can be good motivators, but will they be good for you in the long run?
in my experience, a healthy routine fueled by a 'bad why' will eventually morph into a 'good why'. You get ripped to piss off your ex, but you end up loving how exercise makes you feel. That type of thing.
